Returns Policy

At Michael & Joanne Manchester, we always aim to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase. However, if you decide that an item is not right for you, we are happy to explain our returns process clearly below.

Return Conditions

Please note the following conditions apply to all returns:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition.

  • All original labels, tags and packaging must still be attached.

  • Trying an item on is permitted; however, wearing the item is not allowed.

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via info@michaelandjoanne.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

  3. Return the item at your own expense, including any shipping or customs costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Please ensure your return is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, and approved as meeting our return conditions:

  • A refund will be issued within 14 days

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.

  • Any address changes or corrections must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order.
